II. section: Decisions
In this section, I returned to my roots.
In my work entitled „Choice” I used a combination of manual and digital techniques. I manipulated 9 pictures in Photoshop and then turned their backgrounds to grayish blue. I then cut a sample of a glass out of paper, which I blew onto the images using red and black paint spray. I tried to keep the family photo album character in order to draw attention to the social and family problem of addictions.
Linked to this we installed a mixed-technique image, Exit, which symbolizes the search for a home of a rootless soul. I depicted the difficulties of integrating into society and adapting to social schemes with the rows of houses made with paint spray.
